Are you afraid to tell people no? Or maybe it’s a fear of letting someone down because you didn’t meet their needs or expectations?

Boundaries aren’t as simple as most people like to make you think. It’s more than the outer boundaries that are so frequently described online. When you truly understand the inner and outer layers of developing, communicating, and keeping your boundaries, you’re able to change how you move through life.

You’re able to learn how to read what your body really wants and needs and communicate that without fear. Can you imagine how that will shape your days?

Meet Psychotherapist Jessica Baum, LMHC

Jessica is a licensed mental health counselor in Florida and the founder of the Relationship Institute of Palm Beach.

Jessica created the Self-full® Method and offers coaching to people who are struggling with anxiety, relationship conflict, marital issues, and codependent relationships. Her work is focused on developing a meaningful connection with oneself and in understanding our own core patterns so that we can better understand how we relate in our relationships. Without this meaningful connection to oneself and others, you’ll find yourself feeling isolated.

What is important to remember is that we can change how we show up in our relationships, and by learning our unique patterns we can have healthier ones. Together we can learn to empower, motivate, and inspire each other to connect to our inner selves and bring awareness into our partnerships.

As a highly skilled psychotherapist that specializes in relationship counseling, anxiety, and codependency, Jessica offers one-on-one and group coaching programs online with dedicated support for those who struggle in their love life — helping many to form healthy intimacy in their relationships. Visit her at her sister company Be Self-full® to learn more.
